At Sachee Perfumery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of fragrance and personal care products, we maintain a careful Refund & Exchange Policy to ensure product authenticity, hygiene, and quality.

Please read the policy below before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We only accept returns or exchanges under the following circumstances:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is defective or leaked during transit

To be eligible, the item must:

  • Be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Be unused and in its original packaging
  • Include proof of purchase/order confirmation
  • Include supporting images or videos of the issue

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and authenticity reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Opened or used perfumes/fragrances
  • Products with tampered packaging
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or mishandling
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)

3. Exchange Process

If your request qualifies for an exchange:

  • Our team will review your request
  • A replacement product will be arranged based on stock availability
  • Exchange shipping timelines may vary depending on location

We reserve the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet eligibility conditions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • A replacement product is unavailable
  • The order was cancelled before dispatch
  • A valid return request is approved after inspection

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID
  • Images/videos of the product and packaging
  • A brief explanation of the issue

Our support team will review the request and provide a suitable resolution.
